Arise Smudgestick

Locally grown and harvested in South Tyrol from our own gardens. Handmade. Untreated. Organic.

Set an intention, light the smudgestick, hold it at a 45-degree angle and let it burn for about 20 seconds. After that, gently blow out the flame and move around your space, distributing the smoke to cleanse.
