Sissi Pohl and Patrick Scherzer, a creative duo, bring their unique vintage style to gastronomy. Together with the boutique hotel "Villa Arnica", they organised a special dinner to celebrate regional specialities and the end of summer. The highlight was a delicious grilled pumpkin. During these evenings, modern dishes are served with antique crockery, surrounded by the picturesque scenery of South Tyrol and accompanied by the cosiness of vintage candlesticks. An experience that appeals to all the senses and can be recreated at home with a simple pumpkin recipe.
