Sharing plates & objects
In the quiet elegance of the dreamy Villa Arnica, stories unfolded over artfully set tables, plates were shared, and appetites were satisfied. Fruits and vegetables traveled straight from our Arnica Acker through the kitchen and onto the guests’ plates. Whether in their original form or disguised in culinary art, fresh produce delighted the palates and accompanied inspiring conversations.
In autumn 2024, Sissi and Pat from “tables and food,” together with Villa Arnica, crafted an artistic dining experience where the boundaries between art and cuisine blurred. Table settings transformed into sculptures with 50 cm-long grissini, goat cheese shaped like cocktail tomatoes, and unique tableware. Guests from Paris, London, and Milan gathered for the weekend around the elegantly set Tavolata in the glasshouse, in the Salotto, and in the hallway of our historic villa.
A garden tour with our Chef Jean Paul provided a glimpse behind the flavors – back to the source of the freshly harvested ingredients. The artistic presentation by Sissi and Pat enhanced the culinary creations of our kitchen team, making the weekend a feast of wonder and delight that filled the halls of Villa Arnica.
The event series, titled “sharing plates & objects,” hosted by Villa Arnica and with table settings by “tables and food,” debuted with this weekend’s gathering and is now available for booking for all occasions, from family gatherings to corporate events.
